We aim to provide good quality friendly care for our patients and are pleased to hear what you think of the service. If you like what we do please let us know, it cheers us up.
If you have any comments or suggestions to make please tell us. If you are not happy with the service please (either speak to your doctor or) contact the Practice Manager.
We will do our best to respond to complaints quickly and to sort the problem out. If you wish to make a complaint please take a Patients Complaint Information Leaflet; which is available in both the waiting areas. This will tell you how to proceed with your complaint, which should be addressed to Mrs Jackie Hawkins, Practice Manager.
