REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS OVER HOLIDAY PERIOD
During the Christmas and New Year holiday period the Practice will be closed on the 22nd, 23rd, 25th, 26th, 29th, 30th December 2007 and 1st January 2008. Please hand in your repeat prescription requests in plenty of time to ensure that you do not run out of your medication over the Christmas and New Year period.
FLU VACCINATIONS
If you haven’t had your flu vaccination yet we are still running Clinics at the Surgery. Please ring Reception for information on further Clinics planned or to be booked in with the Practice Nurse. Only patients aged 65+ or those in the at risk groups with chronic diseases, eg Diabetes, Heart Disease, Kidney Disease, Respiratory Disease etc) and in some cases carers, are eligible for the flu vaccination.
