I have worked at the practice since 1996, gaining experience in all areas including reception, repeat prescriptions, audit, administration and IT.For the last 3 years I have worked along side the Practice manager helping the practice to implement and move forward with many new and exciting projects.
My duties in the practice have been varied and often demanding, but this have given me a good grounding and understanding of the complex workings of primary care and has enabled me to build up a good relationship with other members of the primary care team.
In 2007 I gained my AMSPAR National Diploma in Primary Care Management and I am looking forward to taking up the role of Practice Manager at Parsons Heath following the retirement of Mrs Jan Wood in March 2009.
I am very lucky that we have a fantastic team here at Parsons Heath and I know everyone will be working very hard to offer the best service possible to all our patients.
