Extended Hours Opening
From the 5th January 2009, the Surgery will be offering the following extended hours
appointments for those patients unable to attend the Surgery during normal working hours:
Alternate Tuesday or Wednesday mornings - 7.15 to 8.00 am
Every Friday morning - 7.30 to 8.00 am
Alternate Saturday mornings - 8.30 am to 12.30 pm
All appointments must be prebooked, patients cannot attend the Surgery during these extended hours without a booked appointment, there is no walk in
service. Patients should attend the Walk-in Centre or Out of Hours Service should they have an emergency during the extended hours. Telephone calls during the
extended hours will continue to be answered by the Out of Hours Emergency Service and not the Surgery.
Patients booking an extended hours appointment will be given a separate telephone number to call if they need to cancel their appointment the same day. This number can only be used during the extended hours period, the call will not be dealt with if you ring this number any other time.
