Surgery Opening Hours Easter Holiday Thursday, 20th March 2008 Normal hours Friday, 21st March 2008 (Good Friday) Closed Saturday, 22nd March 2008 Closed Sunday, 23rd March 2008 (Easter Sunday) Closed Monday, 24th March 2008 (Easter Monday) Closed Tuesday, 25th March 2008 Resume normal hours In cases of Emergency please contact the Surgery Tel no: 01206 864395 (your call will be transferred) or telephone direct to 0845 602 5215 (local rate) Repeat Prescriptions over Holiday Period During the Easter holiday period the Practice will be closed on the 21st, 22nd, 23rd and 24th March 2008. Please hand in your repeat prescription requests in plenty of time, to ensure that you do not run out of your medication over the Easter holiday period.
