Born and brought up in Aberdeen, Scotland, I moved to NE Essex in 1982. Initially I finished my GP training in the area spending 6 months at Parsons Heath in 1984. After having four children I became a GP partner in Clacton - on - Sea, where I remained for 18 years. We moved to live in Colchester in 2002 and I have now returned to this practice.
I am interested in all aspects of general practice and have recently gained a qualification in teaching in primary care. As a result we shall be having medical students and young Doctors in the practice which will be of value to all concerned.
